Our custom poker table felt starts out white. We print the background, artwork, and logo onto the felt all at the same time via a process called Dye-Sublimation. We can print CMYK and Pantone colors.  If you would like to have a certain shade of a color, we can email you some color charts to help with your selection. Please keep in mind that the colors on your computer monitor or cell phone will look different than on a fabric layout.  If you do need a perfect color match, we can produce a small (12” x 12”) sample with 4 different colors and mail them to you for $35.  This is only way to guarantee a color match for your custom poker table felt.

What is Dye Sublimation?

We produce our casino gaming layouts via a process called Dye Sublimation.  Dye Sublimation is a fairly new printing technology that has taken the printing world by storm.   With Dye Sublimation printing, we are able to create permanent high definition prints on polyester fabric.  We are able to create vibrant and bright colors, gradients, photos, and watermark designs.  The day of the basic green casino layout has come and gone.

The Dye Sublimation process creates graphics by using inks in their gas form.  The graphics are first printed on transfer paper, then with the use of a heat press, the transfer paper is placed on the poker layout.  With the heat, the ink converts from a solid to a gas without going through the liquid form.  The gas then permeates the polyester layout.  The polymers in the polyester layout force the inks to bond with combination of heat and pressure.  Once the heat is removed, the ink returns to a solid form and the process is complete.  The colors are then embedded into the layout rather than printed on the surface.  This creates a long lasting digital synthetic casino layout.

Production Times

Once you approve the mock up proof that we provide, we need normally need about 3-5 days for production depending on the quantity of poker felts ordered. We only offer UPS or FedEx ground shipping via the website.
