We do ship worldwide, but our shipping prices are based on orders inside of the continental US. For shipping outside of the US, please email us with your address for a shipping quote.

CUSTOMER SHIPPING PROTECTION POLICY
It is the CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY to protect themselves from accepting damaged merchandise. Before signing the delivery receipt, the customer has both the right and responsibility to do the following:

  • Visually inspect all cartons for holes, tears, and other indications of rough handling.
  • Fully remove merchandise from cartons and visually inspect it for any damage, NO MATTER HOW MINOR. Pay particular attention to any areas that correspond to damage appearing on the carton.
  • If there is any damage, the customer is not obligated to take delivery. They have the right to refuse delivery and if they do so, The customer must call 615-962-2028 or email [email protected] to notify Custom Table Felt of this refusal of delivery.
  • If the customer accepts delivery, They are responsible for all damages, whether or not the damage was noticed at the time of delivery. The customer’s signature on the delivery receipt indicates they are accepting the merchandise in “GOOD ORDER”.
  • If you cancel your order or refuse delivery after it has shipped you will be charged for the shipping to you, and the return shipping.
RETURN POLICY

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS:
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for manufacturer defects. Items that are damaged or contain manufacturer defects may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange of the same product. There will be no cost for the shipping of the returned item or replacement item to the customer. Please note damaged / defective merchandise must be in its original box and contain all of the original packing slips and inserts. Please note that CustomTableFelt must be notified prior to the return shipment of the defective/damaged item as the handling and shipping of the defective item may differ by product/manufacturer.

CUSTOM DESIGNED FELTS:
There are NO refunds on custom felt once the artwork is approved. We make no guarantees on providing a perfect or exact color match. If you are unsure about the artwork color or look of the design, we can provide a miniature printed proof for a cost of $40. This is a smaller scale version on our standard felt. We work hard to make sure that the custom felt is properly produced. Please provide all the necessary information to make this possible. Our custom designed felts include custom pool table felts, custom poker table felts, custom blackjack table felts, custom roulette table felts, custom craps table felts, blacklight felts, custom outdoor pool table felts, and our line of outdoor roulette, blackjack, craps, and poker mats.

MADE-TO ORDER (MTO) ITEMS:
Made-to-order items such as the collegiate pool tables, collegiate pool table felt, NFL pool table felt, MLB pool table felt, NHL pool tables, NHL pool table felt, collegiate game table felts, octagon poker table, USMC pool table felt, military pool tables, military pool table felts, and tavern-bar pool table felts have a special return policy as these are considered “custom” products that are produced on demand. You may receive a full refund ONLY if the order has not shipped or is in production. Items that go into production are our “made-to-order” products. All of these products are produced / assembled at the time your order is placed.

Made-to-order items cannot be returned due to “Buyer’s Remorse”. The only returns that will be accepted will be for manufacturer defects ONLY. Please see the section “DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS” for additional information.

Since MTO products are produced on demand, we are unable to cancel an order that has already gone into production. Therefore we are implementing the following Cancellation / Return Policy for our MTO items effective immediately. Please note this policy is only applicable to those orders that have been submitted but have not shipped. Once a MTO item has shipped, it is completely non-refundable and can only be returned due to a manufacturer defect where it will be replaced.

For MTO items with a 7-10 business days ship window:

For MTO items with a 2-3 weeks ship window:

BILLIARD TABLE WARRANTY

Holland Gameroom, a Division of Holland Bar Stool Co., will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any part(s), excluding installation and labor, which fail or malfunction due to defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Tables sold or used commercially are excluded.

BILLIARD TABLES
Carry a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY from the date of original purchase by the consumer from an authorized Holland Garmeroom dealer or agent. Holland Gameroom, using its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the part(s) proven to be defective as established per the following:

  1. Table cabinet, rails, blinds, legs, and internal support system: FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY from splitting or cracking.
  2. Cushions: LIFETIME WARRANTY against separation, dry rot, or hardening.
  3. Slate: LIFETIME WARRANTY from chipping, cracking, or warping. (Only if any portion of the playing field is affected.)
  4. Hardware: FIVE (5) YEAR WARRANTY on all hardware and metal parts.
  5. Repair or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the Product. This Lifetime Warranty does not require the replacement of the entire billiard table.
  6. Cloth, pockets, and accessories: Holland Gameroom’s warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of the billiard table’s cloth, pockets, or accessories.

Holland Gameroom Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:
Any failure caused by or resulting from abuse, neglect or accident; improper use, modification, service, maintenance or repair; or normal wear and tear. Cabinet exterior and decorative finishes, including scratches, scrapes, and nicks in surfaces. Installation or labor cost, in any form, incurred in any manner. Only part repairs or replacements are provided. Damages incurred in shipping, unpacking, set-up, and installation. Commercial or industrial users. Tables located outside the United States and Canada.
Damage caused by factors other than manufacturer’s materials or workmanship: Holland Gameroom does not extend warranty coverage to repairs or replacements as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other act of nature, abnormal playing conditions, or accidental damage. This warranty does not cover tables used in a commercial or an institutional setting.

All Claims must be emailed to [email protected] and accompanied by sufficient digital photo documentation along with a brief explanation of the issue. Our Warranty Department will review your claim and respond promptly. If a claim is deemed valid, we will replace or repair, at our discretion, any or all of the components involved in the claim. In some cases Holland Gameroom has the right to request a copy of the original bill of sale to the original owner to help determine claim viability.

Any declared defective part(s) should be returned, (freight prepaid by owner) via a Holland Gameroom approved carrier to Holland Bar Stool Company. If the part is determined to be defective by the digital photos submitted or visual inspection, the cost of shipping will be reimbursed. Holland Gameroom will afford the replacement shipping cost back to the customer. If the claim occurs more than six (6) months after the original date of purchase, shipping costs both ways will be the sole responsibility of the owner.

Holland Gameroom warranty represents the complete understanding between the original owner and Holland Gameroom of the warranty coverage for your product(s). Holland Gameroom makes no other guarantees, express or implied, other than those established within this document. Holland Gameroom does not authorize any person or entity to assume additional liabilities or obligations in connection with your product(s). This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights that may vary from state to state.

THIS WARRANTY BECOMES EFFECTIVE UPON HOLLAND GAMEROOM RECEIPT OF THE COMPLETED WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER. ALL WARRANTY CARDS AND CONTACT INFORMATION IS KEPT ON FILE FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES.

FAILURE TO RETURN OR REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE SHALL RESULT IN THIS WARRANTY AS BEING CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID.

POKER TABLE RETURN POLICY

CustomTableFelt would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to return. We have built a reputation for customer service by going out of our way to make sure our customers are satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy. Please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions (below) as we cannot accommodate returns for items with concealed damage or shipping damage until the insurance portion has been concluded between you and the shipping company. It is very important that you understand the proper way to accept your custom poker table to protect yourself from hidden shipping damage.


POKER TABLE WARRANTY

All Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Tables are covered under a one year warranty for manufacturing defects in workmanship or material (excluding normal wear and tear). The warranty only applies to the original buyer, is not transferable, and does not apply to commercial purposes.

We will either replace or repair all parts which are proven under our sole discretion to be defective.

Parts returned shall be shipped back to Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Tables via a surface freight carrier approved by Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Tables. If the warranty claim is made within 90 days from the date of purchase, the freight cost will be reimbursed by Degenerate Gamble Folding Poker Tables. The product owner will be responsible for freight costs on any warranty claims made more than 90 days after the date of the original purchase.

This warranty does not cover gaming cloth, felts, or vinyl.

The warranty does not call for the replacement of the entire poker table unless it is determined by Degenerate Gambler Folding Poker Table, but does cover replacement of any defective parts stated herein.

Measure your game room area carefully before placing an order with us. Make sure you have enough room to put your awesome new poker table in. We have placed the dimensions of the poker tables on our site so that you can measure and make an informed decision when buying. Shipments refused due to being too big are considered a change of mind and we will treat it as a return.


HOW TO FILE A CLAIM (POKER TABLE)

All manufacturing claims require a documented account of the issue and pictures. Please send all in the form of an email with your name and order number in the subject to [email protected]. Our Customer Service Issues representative will reply confirming receipt and get any additional details within 1 business day. We will figure out the most convenient and efficient solution to the situation and address accordingly.

Please note that manufactures claims are very different from shipping damage, please familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions to be covered under shipping insurance so we can send shipping damage replacement parts for you immediately. Concealed damage from not properly inspecting and signing the bill of lading is not manufacturers defect and must be appealed by the customer directly with the freight company. In the event of concealed damage claims denied by the freight company, we do have replacement parts available for sale, but all that can be avoided by following our Shipping Receiving Instructions.

Replacement decisions are the sole discretion of DG Folding Poker Tables, it is our promise to provide you with a quality, long lasting poker and game table.


POKER TABLE SHIPPING AND RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

Please read this carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and CustomTableFelt will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage.

Please read this carefully.
All poker and gaming tables from ship on pallets via ground freight, fully insured. Our carrier will call you prior to delivery to schedule a day and time to deliver your table. Please note, most freight carriers require a 4 hour time window for delivery. ALL deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY unless you have set up white glove/inside delivery with us PRIOR to your table shipping.

In the event that your table is damaged in transit, as long as your follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out a replacement for you immediately.


HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR POKER TABLE
1. Count the number of boxes on the pallet and make sure your count matches that on the Delivery Receipt. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.

2. Next inspect all the boxes for anything that looks like damage. A punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. If you do not note the damage on the Delivery Receipt you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you release the shipping company of any liability on the shipment. Given the chance that the driver informs you to sign so he can leave prior to inspection, kindly inform him that he has to wait for the inspection (typically you get 15mins to inspect) and you have the right to refuse any damaged portions of the shipment.

Remember, if you sign the delivery receipt and do not note any damages, you cannot claim damage afterward.

In the event that something is damaged:
Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the delivery paperwork. Send an email to [email protected] along with photos of the damage and we will make sure your replacement pieces get arranged to be shipped out quickly.

DO NOT accept the damaged box, and send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes which are in good condition.


CONCEALED DAMAGE (POKER TABLE)

If you notice concealed damage while unpacking your table that were not clearly visible during delivery please contact us at [email protected] with pictures of the concealed damage within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. Please note DG Folding Poker Tables, CustomTableFelt or our freight carriers are not liable for damages that occur while moving your table into your residence or business, so please make sure you have assistance on the day your table arrives to insure you and your table make it inside safely as your new table is quite HEAVY.
